Hi, I’m Taylor.

I make things for a living. I own and run Glazers Laser Engraving, my own custom engraving company here in Simi Valley, and I still run it today. When your name is on the work, you learn to sweat the details. That habit followed me onto the web.

Glazers needed a storefront, and nothing off the shelf felt like the shop. So I built the site myself: dark, animated, custom from header to footer, with a real B2B pipeline behind it. Customers started noticing the website before they noticed the shop.

Then other business owners started asking who built it. That question turned into real projects, a nutrition practice, a children’s play space, and eventually into GlantzWorks: a one-person web studio for small businesses that want a site built like it matters.

Along the way I noticed what most of those owners actually needed first: a brand that holds together. A logo from one era, colors from another, a voice that changes from the sign to the site. I help clients build a cohesive identity before we build a single page, and that is not theory for me. Through Glazers I physically manufacture branded items for other businesses, so I have seen what a strong brand looks like burned into wood and etched into metal, not just on a screen.

Running my own company changed how I build for yours. I know what it feels like to look at a quote and wonder if it is worth it, to wait days for a reply, to be handed a site you cannot edit. I built GlantzWorks to be the studio I wished I could hire.
